The York Olympic Hammertone Cast Iron Weight Plates 4 x 5kg are ideal for easily adding some serious weight to your Olympic barbell and increasing the intensity of your weight training workout. They can also be used with Olympic dumbbells and machines that use a 2” peg.

Alternatively, if you currently have a 1” bar or peg, consider purchasing the York 2” Olympic adapter sleeve (sold separately) so you can use Olympic weights on your 1” bars or pegs..
